In order to be able to start in the official classes 0-3 and seniors/handicap you need a license booklet from the DDI.
In this booklet all official starts are noted with the name of the tournament, the class started, the points achieved and promotion points.

It is not possible to start in the official classes without a license booklet.
It will be collected by the organizer when registering for the tournament and returned at the awards ceremony.
The organizer fills out the license booklet, a DDI judge checks and signs the entries.
If the starter forgets his license booklet on the day of the tournament, he cannot officially start.

Each team needs its own license booklet; it is not transferable.

A separate booklet is also required for each division.
