Duties of a Tournament Organiser

Dear organisers, thank you very much for your commitment and dedication to organising a DDI tournament and planning it for a long time.

Nevertheless, it happens from time to time that the applicable rules of the DDI are not adhered to. This is a great pity.

As of next year, we will unfortunately have to punish gross violations. The tournament and its results (including promotion points) can also be deleted retrospectively, depending on the severity of the violations.

Please pay particular attention to:

• only 1 guest judge may sit at the judge's table
• The guest judge must be confirmed by the judges' panel beforehand.
• 4 judges must sit at the judges' table for qualifiers, who must also be confirmed by the judges' panel in advance.
• The tournament will first be entered into the DDI calendar, after which it can be distributed on the social media channels.
• Judges will wear DDI clothing at the judging table.

We will try to keep an eye on everything and will follow up on tips from competitors and judges. We don't like to do this and we don't like to cancel tournaments after the fact. Therefore, please make sure that your event is organised in accordance with the rules.

Pflichten eines Turnierveranstalters

Liebe Veranstalter, ganz lieben Dank für euren Einsatz und euer Engagement ein DDI Turnier auszurichten und lange zu planen.

Dennoch kommt es immer mal wieder vor, dass sich nicht an die geltenden Regeln des DDI gehalten werden. Das ist sehr schade.
Ab dem nächsten Jahr werden wir grobe Verstöße leider ahnden müssen. Das Turnier und dessen Ergebnisse (auch Aufstiegspunkte) kann auch im Nachhinein gelöscht werden, je nach Schwere der Verstöße.

Bitte achtet insbesondere auf:

• nur 1 Gastrichter darf am Richtertisch sitzen
• der Gastrichter muss vorher vom Richtergremium bestätigt werden
• bei Qualis müssen 4 Richter am Richtertisch sitzen, die ebenfalls vorab vom Richtergremium bestätigt werden
• Das Turnier wird erst in den DDI Kalender eingetragen, danach kann es auf den social media Kanälen verbreitet werden
• Die Richter tragen DDI Kleidung am Richtertisch

Wir werden versuchen überall ein Auge drauf zu haben und werden Hinweisen von Startern und Richtern nachgehen. Wir machen das nicht gerne und möchten auch ungern Turniere im Nachhinein streichen. Bitte achtet daher auf eine regelkonforme Ausrichtung.
